Transparent Pricing, Zero Gotchas

We offer three membership tiers built around how often you realistically show up — not how often you intend to. Every tier includes access to our member app, the community Slack channel, and monthly coach check-ins. Pause your membership at any time with 14 days' notice, and cancel month-to-month without a penalty fee. We've structured things this way because we believe the gym should earn your loyalty every single month, not hold it hostage with a 12-month lock-in.

What Every Member Gets

Member App Access

Book classes, track your lifts, view programming in advance, and message coaches directly — all from the Hartwell & Holloway mobile app available on iOS and Android. Never show up to a full class again.

Community Slack Channel

An active member Slack workspace with channels for workout logs, nutrition questions, race sign-ups, and weekend hiking meetups. The conversations that start on the floor continue here — and vice versa.

Monthly Coach Check-In

Every member receives a 15-minute one-on-one with a coach each month to review progress, adjust goals, and flag any movement concerns before they become injuries. No upsell, just support.

Flexible Pause & Cancel

Life happens. Pause your membership for up to 60 days per year — travel, injury, work crunch — and cancel month-to-month with just 14 days' notice. No guilt, no penalty, no runaround.

Membership Questions, Answered

Can I try before I commit to a membership?

Absolutely. All new members receive a free seven-day trial that includes unlimited open-gym access and up to three coach-led classes. No credit card is required to start the trial — just come in, meet the coaches, and decide when you're ready. If you join within 48 hours of your trial ending, we waive the $25 enrollment fee.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

Log into the member app or email hello@pulseyard.cc with 14 days' notice. Pauses are available for up to 60 days per calendar year — useful for travel, injury, or a busy work stretch. Cancellations are processed at the end of your current billing cycle with no penalty charges.

Are there discounts for students or first responders?

Yes. We offer a 15% discount on all monthly tiers for active military, veterans, first responders, and full-time students with valid ID. The discount applies month-to-month and can be combined with annual billing, which saves an additional two months' cost versus paying monthly.

What happens if I want to upgrade my tier mid-month?

Tier upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your billing cycle — you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days in the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Both changes are handled through the app in under two minutes.

Is there a family or couples rate?

We offer a household membership add-on: any second member at the same billing address pays $20/mo less than the standard rate for their chosen tier. The discount applies from month one and stacks with other eligible discounts. Reach out to hello@pulseyard.cc to set it up.
